Black tie. Please choose tuxedos and floor-length gowns. Please refrain from wearing dresses that are black or white! The wedding ceremony will take place outdoors on grass, so we recommend choosing footwear accordingly (block heels or wedges are suggested). Evenings in Corolla are cool in April, so a wrap or light layer is encouraged.

The ceremony will be held outdoors at The Point on the Whalehead Club Property. In the event of rain, the celebration will move to a tented outdoor location on the same property.

Your invitation and RSVP will indicate if a guest spot has been reserved for you.

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We appreciate your understanding.

Yes! Dinner will be served at the Welcome Party and at the Wedding Reception.

We recommend arriving by 3:30 PM to allow time for parking and seating before the ceremony. Plus, we will have champagne waiting for you!

Transportation will be provided from the Whalehead Club to The Chesapeake after the wedding ceremony and back to the Whalehead Club at the end of the night. Stretch limos on the beach baby!
