The two primary options are to fly into Norfolk, VA (ORF) or Raleigh-Durham, NC (RDU). Corolla is a 2-hour drive from Norfolk and a 4.5-hour drive from Raleigh-Durham. We recommend a direct flight into ORF if possible, but Raleigh-Durham has more direct flights for those flying in from the West Coast.

Coordinate with other attendees as you will likely need to rent a car to get to Corolla! There are some shuttle/Uber options from Norfolk.

While there are shuttle/Uber options from Norfolk Airport to Corolla, groups of two or more should plan to rent a car to get to Corolla. A standard 2-wheel-drive vehicle is perfectly fine unless you need to drive yourself to the reception instead of taking a shuttle.

After the ceremony at The Whalehead Club, shuttles will transport guests to the reception at The Chesapeake. If you need to drive yourself to the reception, please note that reaching The Chesapeake requires driving on the beach, so a 4x4 vehicle is necessary. We'd prefer you take the shuttles to/from The Chesapeake since parking at the venue is limited. More info about 4x4 at the link below.
